The University Learning Center is a single-story brick building located on the corner of Rosewood & Canfield streets. There is a gated lot directly across the street.

Do not park at the church parking lot on the other side of the UTC. Your vehicle will be towed at the owners expense.

Can I pay in person for test at the University Testing Center?

I do not live in the Houston area / a first-time freshman / a transfer / new student; Must I make a trip to 糖心Vlog, in order to complete my TSIA2 placement test?

No, you do not need to make a trip 糖心Vlog in order to complete your TSIA2. There are options with our testing services and in your home statethat will allow you to complete the required assessment(s). Please contact the UTC at Testing@Tsu.Edu for all available options.
